Our Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your new Gloweave shirt(s)! So, of course, you are entitled to a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the products you've bought are:

• faulty
• significantly different to those shown or described to you
• not doing what they're supposed to do.

But please: when you buy, choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Delivery Information

• At present we deliver to Australian & New Zealand destinations only.
  We will be shipping world wide soon!
• All confirmed orders should take 5 working days to be filled.
• All confirmed orders should be delivered within 14 - 21 days.
• All orders will be Australia Post receipted.
• We cannot currently deliver to PO Boxes.
• Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
• Your credit card statement will show the merchant name as "Gloweave".
